You can request deletion of your personal data by following the steps below.
Steps to Delete Your Data
To initiate your request:
- Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- Include in your email: Your full name and the phone number/email associated with your account.
What happens next:
- We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
- Your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., AML/financial records).
- You will receive a confirmation code and a status URL to monitor your request.
