Availability & incident communication

This page is the public source for platform health and service metrics. It replaces the practice of publishing arbitrary uptime figures without clear measurement methodology.

Staging notice: The states below represent current monitoring instrumentation. Continuous external telemetry samples API response times every 60 seconds.

How Availability is Measured

External telemetry, sampled continuously

Availability is calculated as the proportion of authenticated API requests served successfully within documented latency budgets (p95 < 200ms), monitored continuously from multiple geographical points outside our network.

Incident Communication Protocols

Structured transparency during disruptions

  • •Initial public acknowledgment within 15 minutes of detected impact
  • •Cadenced updates every 30 minutes while an incident remains open
  • •Comprehensive post-mortem and remediation review published within 72h

Plan your service level expectations with us

If your commerce platform makes explicit service commitments to your own enterprise customers, we document the underlying platform behaviour those commitments depend on.
